ATC Sorbet
a triple scoop of sweet audio drama tools
A sorbet between courses resets your taste. These three small tools do the same for a production: a quick, light, refreshing touch to sweeten up a project that you can use in your final mix or just to help get the ideas flowing.
Worldize
Place a dry line in the world. Through a door, on a phone, inside a helmet, or deep in a cave.
Ambience Builder
Layer outdoor and indoor ambience, from crickets and surf to fridges, fans and neon, then sprinkle in events like thunder.
Earshot
Hear your mix the way listeners will: phone speaker, cheap earbuds, the car, a laptop or a loud commute.
Everything runs in your browser. Your audio never leaves your computer.
Worldize
Drop in a dry, close-miked line and give it a place to live. Pick a perspective, dial in how much, and download the result.
1. Your dry line
2. Perspective
3. Fine-tune and export
Exports a 24-bit stereo WAV at your file's original sample rate, with room for any reverb tail.
Ambience Builder
Mix together layers of ambience, sample as you go, and build a seamless loop to fill gaps, smooth edits and set the scene. Every sound is generated fresh, so there's nothing to license.
Start from a preset
Presets are just starting points. Mix in anything from any group.
Layers
Each layer is generated the first time you turn it up, so a new layer may take a moment to come in. Remix keeps your levels but generates a fresh variation of every layer.
My presets
Save your current mix (every layer, its type and timing settings, and the overall level) so you can come back to it later.
No saved presets yet. Build a mix above, give it a name and save it.
Presets are stored in this browser on this device. Use a backup file to move them to another browser or keep them safe if you clear your browsing data.
Build a loop
24-bit, 48 kHz stereo. The end crossfades into the start, so it loops without a seam. Long loops with many layers can take a little while to build.
Earshot
Your studio monitors are lying to you, kindly. Load a mix and switch between real-world listening spots while it plays to hear what survives.
1. Your mix
2. Where are they listening?
3. Levels
Earshot is a simulation for gut checks, not a measurement. Listen at a moderate volume, the way most people actually do.
